Most orders ship within 48 hours
Domestic orders shipped via USPS typically arrive within three to five business days
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail Service and should arrive within three to six weeks

ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING At this time, we ship merchandise almost everywhere. We even ship to Tasmania, however the risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to our shipping carrier. Tracking numbers are provided by clicking through on the Customer Service Menu link, where you must use your confirmation number to display your order information where tracking numbers will be in 'customs' number format. We will do whatever we can on our side to make the transaction a fair one should some unforeseen circumstance arise like an "act of god", so be patient with us and we'll work out the problem. Domestic delivery is usually not an issue, so please follow the registration process if you live in the U.S. In addition, CUSTOMS Agencies may slow down the international process, too. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL DUTY TAX IMPOSED BY YOUR HOME COUNTRY!!! WE CANNOT CONTROL THIS AND WE COMPLAIN ABOUT OUR GOVERNMENT, TOO! Also, our international orders may typically take 7-10 business days (essentially two weeks), however it is not uncommon for the customs agents to quarantine packages and hold them up to five (5) weeks! Canada = $7.00
International = $11.00 (not-priority)
Estimated cost does include $1.00 handling charge. All countries outside of the US, other than Canada, are considered International deliveries.

Return Policy

Punkrockmusic.com, Inc. reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. If you should choose to return or exchange an order, please place a copy of the orginal receipt, the garment/item and mail back to the Branchburg, NJ address stated above for inquiries. Have a heart and share as much detail about whether you wish to exchange (let us know the size you need) or get a refund for your purchase. It'll make that process go smoother.
